AFRICA TRANSFORMATION is an informal movement with a vision to:

* Stimulate awareness for the need to see growth, change and transformation in Africa

* Create a platform for exchange and sharing of those engaged in bringing transformation to Africa.

* Establish a resource network of thought, ideas and relationships to encourage the implementation of integrated change in the continent of Africa.

* To provide training in leadership development and coaching for those interested to see transformation happen.
